200 g cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
1 cucumber, finely chopped

0.25 cup pitted kalamata olives, roughly chopped
0.25 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1 lemon, 30ml of juice and zested
1 tsp dijon mustard
0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
1.5 tbsp honey
0.25 cup flaked almonds, toasted
