- 500 g chicken mince
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp lemongrass paste
- 3 cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 cup shredded wombok cabbage
- 2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 0.25 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 450 g heat and serve brown rice (optional)
- 1 small red chili, finely chopped (optional)
- 0.25 cup crushed peanuts or sesame seeds (optional)
