3 cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp honey
4 cup shredded wombok cabbage
2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
2 spring onions, sliced
2 tbsp lime juice
0.25 cup fresh coriander, chopped
450 g heat and serve brown rice (optional)
1 small red chili, finely chopped (optional)
0.25 cup crushed peanuts or sesame seeds (optional)
