- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard

- 370 g tin tuna in olive oil
- 1 cup edamame beans, cooked
- 200 g baby potato, boiled
- 150 g green beans, blanched or lightly sauteed
- 0.5 red onion, diced
- 0.5 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 60 g rocket
