Tuna Mornay Bake
Serves 4
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 2 celery sticks, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 200 g green beans, ends removed and halved.
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 500 ml milk
- 425 g tuna, in olive oil
- .5 cup parmesan
- 250 g brown rice microwave packet
- 100 g baby spinach
