Tuna Lentil Nicoise

- 120 g green beans
- 2 eggs, soft boiled
- 185 g tinned tuna
- 400 g tin lentils, drained and rinsed
- 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 10 olives, halved
- 0.25 red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.33 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
