- 1.5 lemon, juiced
- 0.25 cup tahini
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.333 cup water
- 1 bunch of Kale, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, cut in cubes
- 2 spring onion, sliced
- 0.333 cup pumpkin seeds
- 0.25 cup hemp seeds
