- .5 wombok cabbage, shredded
- .5 cup mint leaves
- 1 capsicum (pepper), thinly sliced
- .5 cup coriander leaves
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- .5 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
