Teriyaki Chicken One Tray Bake

- 500 g chicken thigh fillets
- 2 bunch broccolini
- 2 corn cobs, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 large capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup salt reduced soy sauce
- 0.25 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 cm fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- 0.5 cup sliced spring onion (optional)
