- 180 g soba noodles
- 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 500 g lean pork mince
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or lime juice
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 50 slaw mix, finely cut
- 0.3 cup fresh coriander leaves (cilantro) to serve
- 2 tbsp granulated crushed nuts (optional)
