Sticky Pork Stir Fry
Serves 2
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 400 g pork fillets, thinly sliced
- 1 large brown onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 carrot, halved, cut diagonally
- 1 red capsicum (pepper), thinly sliced
- 1 bunch pak choy, end removed
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 250 g brown rice, cooked
