- 300 g flat rice noodles
- 200 g Chinese broccoli
- 200 g snow peas, ends removed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 500 g pork mince
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 0.3 oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
