- 450 g cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 200 g kale
- 1 avocado
- 0.5 cup coriander (cilantro)
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
