- 3 cm ginger, peeled and grated
- 100 g snow peas, thinly sliced
- 100 g asparagus, ends removed and cut 1inch pieces
- 200 g edamame beans, frozen
- 90 g soba noodles
- .3 cup mint, stems removed
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
