- 500 g salmon fillets, skin removed (one fillet per person)
- 170 g plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp sriracha (+ additional to serve)
- 8 wholemeal tortillas
- 300 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 420 g corn kernels, drained
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 lime, to serve (optional)
