Slow Cooker Veggie Tikka Masala
Serves 6
- 800 g tin chickpeas, drained, rinsed
- 1 large brown onion, diced
- 3 carrots, cut in large coins
- 0.5 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 400 g tin diced tomato
- 140 g Tikka Masala paste
- 2 cup green peas
- 0.75 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 450 g steamed brown rice
