- 1.2 kg chicken breast fillets
- 2 red capsicum (pepper), deseeded and diced
- 300 g white mushroom cups, sliced
- 800 g tin diced tomato
- 1 tsp Thyme dried
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried
- 220 g black olives pitted
- 300 g green beans, ends removed and sliced
- 500 g wholemeal pasta
