Sesame Soy Fried Rice With Chicken

- 1 tbsp garlic infused extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 250 g chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
- 250 g cooked brown rice (heat and serve packet)
- 2 cup frozen peas, corn and carrot mix
- 70 ml Kewpie Sesame Soy Dressing
- 1 egg
- 0.5 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- 0.5 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 0.25 cup fresh coriander leaves (optional)
