- 1 cup frozen edamame beans, shelled and boiled
- 0.25 red cabbage, shredded
- 0.333 cup fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves, finely chopped
- 2 radish, thinly sliced
- 0.5 avocado, cut into cubes
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 0.5 cup seaweed salad
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., grapeseed or canola)
