Satay Noodle Stir Fry

- 1 tbsp garlic infused extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 200 g firm satay tofu, cut into small cubes
- 400 g stir fry vegetable mix
- 50 g vermicelli noodles (one nest)
- 80 ml boiling water
- 0.3 cup granulated nuts
