- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 2 sticks celery, finely diced
- 400 g tin tomatoes
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 250 g firm white fish
- 250 g quinoa and brown rice mix, cooked
