- .3 cup sweet chilli sauce
- .25 cup rice wine vinegar
- .3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 avocados, thinly sliced
- 2 cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 600 g fresh coleslaw mix
- 600 g chicken stir fry strips (or marinated tofu for vegetarian)
- 20 rice paper sheets
