- 160 g oats, blended into flour
- 60 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 250 ml milk
- 160 g applesauce
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g Greek yoghurt
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
