Portuguese Chicken Wraps
Serves 6
- 600 g chicken thigh fillets
- 800 g tins of corn kernels, drained
- 3 red capsicum (peppers), sliced, deseeded
- 2 red onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp Portuguese Chicken Spice
- 2 Lettuce Baby Cos (Or use any lettuce you like)
- 6 wholemeal wraps
- 1 lime
