300 g pearl couscous
6 large tomatoes, diced
2 Lebanese cucumbers, diced
.5 bunch parsley (about ½ cup chopped, loosely packed)
6 free-range eggs
.5 packet Lebanese bread
1 tsp chilli flakes (or paprika or za’atar).
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
.25 tsp salt
220 g hummus
