- 4 cup cooked pasta (approx 300g dried pasta)
- 6 cup curly kale, roughly chopped
- 0.3 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 400 g tin cannellini beans, drained, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 tsp Moroccan seasoning
- 1 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- 0.25 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
- 0.25 red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup mixed seeds (optional)
