- 125 g flat rice noodles (pad thai noodles), cooked per pack instructions
- 200 g fine cut slaw
- 0.25 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 200 g firm satay marinated tofu, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 0.3 cup peanut butter
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 red chilli, sliced (optional)
