- 400 g white potatoes washed, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g mixed leaves
- 1 lebanese cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 0.5 avocado, peeled and diced
- 50 g danish feta, crumbled
