On-the-go Noodle Soup Jars

- 200 g soba noodles
- 1 vegetable stock cube, quartered
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
- 1 cup leftover shredded chicken
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 2 spring onions thinly sliced
- 4 260 mL (9fl oz.) capacity jars (old peanut butter jars work perfectly)
