- 400 g tin black bean tin, drained and rinsed
- 2 tsp Moroccan spice
- .6 cup wholegrain bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 small cos lettuce
- .5 cup tomato relish
- 3 wholemeal bread rolls
