Serves 4
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 brown onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 cm ginger, grated
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 500 g beef mince, lean
- 200 g broccolini, halved
- 300 g green beans, ends removed and halved
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 450 g brown rice, cooked
