Middle Eastern Nachos
Serves 4
- 3 wholemeal Lebanese bread
- 400 g lean beef mince
- 1.25 tsp ground sumac
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Lebanese cucumbers, cut into 1cm pieces
- 0.25 bunch continental parsley, coarsely chopped
- 0.25 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Tzatziki or Tangy Tahini Flavour Bomb (see separate recipe)
