0.5 tsp thyme/oregano
0.5 tsp chilli (optional)
1 lemon, juiced
2 tsp Greek yoghurt
0.25 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, chopped
150 g cherry tomato, sliced
0.5 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
250 g cooked brown rice
0.25 cup Tahini Flavour Bomb dressing (see seperate recipe)
2 tbsp flaked almonds (toasted)
