- 1 Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped
- 50 g Feta
- 8 Kalamata pitted olives, cut into quarters
- 0.5 red onion, finely sliced
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- 100 g Tzatziki
- 1 Lebanese bread, torn into large pieces
- 1 Lemon, juiced
