Lemon Garlic Orzo

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 0.5 head broccoli, cut into small florettes
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 2 cup vegetable stock
- 1.333 cup orzo/rissoni, uncooked
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
