- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 12 lamb cutlets
- 2 cup mixed leaves
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup coriander leaves
- 0.5 cup mint leaves
- 0.5 cup cashews, roasted and roughly chopped
