- 1 free range egg, whisked
- .75 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 200 g packet slaw mix
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 wholegrain bread rolls
