High Protein Kimchi Fried Rice

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 420g tin corn kernels
- 1 cup edamame
- 0.5 cup spring onion, thinly sliced plus more to garnish
- 150 g kimchi
- 250 g heat and serve cooked rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy (kecap manis)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp chilli oil (optional)
