- 95 g tinned chilli tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 0.125 red onion, thinly diced
- 0.25 cup green or black olives
- 0.33 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 0.5 cucumber
- 0.125 tsp seasoning of choice
- 10 wholegrain crackers
