- 400 g tin black beans, drained and rinsed
- 400 g tin corn kernels
- 1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or dairy-free cheese for vegan option)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, diced
- 0.5 red onion, finely diced
- 0.25 cup chopped fresh coriander/cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded/finely sliced
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce (optional)
