- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g halloumi, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 large zucchini, shaved
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 wholemeal pita breads
- 200 g mixed slaw packet
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 100 g hummus
- 1 pomegranate, seeds
- 6 small wooden skewers
