- 300 g white fish fillets (like cod, haddock or tilapia), cut into small strips
- 0.5 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 0.5 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp tartar or ketchup sauce (optional)
