- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Korma paste
- 800 g coconut cream, tin
- 1 cup green peas, frozen
- 0.5 cup cashews, roasted
- 0.5 cup coriander, roughly chopped
- 450 g brown rice, cooked
