- 0.5 cup wholemeal couscous
- 100 g mixed salad
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 0.3 cup sundried tomatoes
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 0.3 cup pistachios, chopped and toasted
- 100 g marinated feta, reserve 2 tbsp oil marinade
- 150 g hot smoked salmon, flaked
