- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 250 g chicken thigh fillets
- 1 cucumber, roughly chopped
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 0.5 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 0.5 spanish onion, finely chopped
- 100 g feta, broken into large chunks
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
