- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 250 g mushroom, thinly sliced
- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 200 g broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 eggs, lightly whisked
- 220 g thin egg noodles
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- .25 cup spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
