0.3 cup red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, crushed
0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
600 g cherry tomatoes, chopped in halves/quarters
0.5 red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Zaatar (optional)
1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
