- 300 g cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g kale, stalks removed
- .5 cup parsley, roughly chopped
- .25 cup pumpkin seeds
- 250 g brown rice and quinoa microwave bag
- 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
- .5 cup yoghurt
- 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
