- 2 cup raw quinoa
- 4 cup water
- 1 large cauliflower (or two small cauliflowers)
- 1 tbsp lemon, garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 cup mint leaves fresh
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 cup pistachio nuts
- 3 tbsp berry jam
- .3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
