- 300 g cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 225 g haloumi, finely diced
- 1 lemon
- 100 g rocket
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
