Blackened Salmon on Cajun Rice

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun spice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 400 g tin black beans, drained
- 1 red capsicum (pepper), cut into large chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into large chunks
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 250 g brown rice, cooked
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- .25 cup coriander (cilantro), finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
