Blackened Salmon on Cajun Rice

2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp Cajun spice
2 tbsp maple syrup
400 g tin black beans, drained
1 red capsicum (pepper), cut into large chunks
1 red onion, cut into large chunks
200 g cherry tomatoes
250 g brown rice, cooked
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 mango, peeled and diced
.25 cup coriander (cilantro), finely chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
